Religious Groups Supports RH Bill

Among the religious groups are the following:

the National Council of Churches in the Philippines; 

United Church of Christ of the Philippines; 

Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches; 

United Methodist Church;

Philippines for Jesus Movement; 

Iglesia Filipino Independiente; 

Christian and Missionary Alliance Churches of the Philippines; 

Seventh-Day Adventist;

Salvation Army; 

Catholics for Reproductive Health, and 

Episcopal Church of the Philippines.                                                                                                 

President Benigno Aquino III had earlier said he is willing to risk excommunication from the Catholic Church in pushing for the passage of the Responsible Parenthood (RP) bill.
