Another Execution to a Filipino Due to Drug Trafficking in China

Image via WikipediaAnother life was ended to a Filipino of 35 years old, his name was not mention for the privacy of his family here in the Philippines. Its not the first time that a Filipino was died to a lethal injection because of the case of drug trafficking and many of them is still lined-up and soon to be executed.

The government has been responsible in promoting that no one especially the OFW's (Overseas Filipino Workers) should engaged to this kind of job.Many of them has been fooled by a drug syndicate and serve as a "drug mule" or "transporter" of illegal drugs.

Although some of them has no knowledge that they become involve in drug trafficking, most of theme are aware of the job because of the big money they are about to receive. Just to support their family in the Philippines they are still hook to this kind of job.

Its very sad to the family what happen to their relative, executed by a lethal injection, although the government have tried to save the life of that man, Chinese government just have no reaction to the appeal of our Philippine government.  President  Aquino send a letter to the Chinese high official as well to our Vice President  Jejomar Binay whom personally go to  China for the appeal but nobody  was granted.

P10000 PNOY'S BONUS:FEAR NOT TO BE ACCEPTED

Image by thepocnews via FlickrThere' a fear for some of the government employees is now taking on their minds that they might not accepted the incentive bonus that would be given to all of the government employees this December 15, 2011by President  Noynoy Aquino.A P10000 Productivity Enhancement Bonus was to be given to 1. 6 Million Government Employees as announced lately by the Malacanang.

LGU's(Local Government Unit),  GOCC's and ACT( Alliance for Concerned Teachers) cannot assure of the one hundred percent bonus.Many of the employees wishes to accept the said bonus to add for the upcoming Holiday's Budget.

SC Favor Farmers of Hacienda Luisita

Based on the 56 pages decision of the Supreme Court, 14-0 votes in favor of the farmers of Hacienda Luisita. Five thousand  (5,000 hectares) will be distributed to its 6,000 tenants.Farmer- benificiaries will have to pull out their share of stocks from Hacienda Luisita International but will be paid  P1,330,511,500.

There will be no tax, fees and other charges in transferring of stokcs and all non -qualifying members will stay as stokholders of HLI. According to Antonio Ligon, spokesperson of HLI they will follow the court order.


“We still have to look at all angles of the decision, pero ang maganda dito, positive naman itong decision. Walang aversion. We are not against the land distribution ruling,” said Ligon.


There's still no comments from Malacanang regarding the decision,  "We have not seen a copy of the decision yet and we will defer comment until such time," said presidential spokesperson Edwin Lacierda.
