In the worldwide list, NAIA, particularly Terminal 1, followed Paris Charles de Gaulle (No. 1), ParisBeauvais (No. 2), Moscow Sheremetyevo (No. 3) and a Los Angeles airport (No. 4).

One of the complain reported that Terminal 1 is the worst because of its small space, no running water in the comfort rooms, etc. however Terminal 3 has a future because it has large space ,clean and equipped with internet connections (wi-fi zone).

Inquirer.net quoted Manila International Airport Authority General Manager Jose Angel Honrado: "We are aware of the deficiencies. We really appreciate the comments and we're trying to correct these things. But please understand that this will take time."

    "9-DashedLine" protest over Spratly- Philippines

Spratly Islands                   Image via WikipediaOne month before the state visit of President Benigno Aquino on May 23 to 25 to China, his administration file a protest over China regarding the '9-dashed line' over Spratly.

The Philippine protest, dated April 5, was posted by the United Nations Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf  (CLCS) as document No. 000228 on April 8.

The map is called "9-dash line" or "9-dotted line" because it shows a series of nine dashes or dotted lines forming a ring around the South China Sea area, which China claims is part of its territory. The area includes the Spratlys group, a cluster of oil-rich islands which are being claimed wholly or in part by Brunei, China Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

The Spratly Islands are a disputed group of approximately 100 reefs and islets in the South China Sea. Part of the South China Sea Islands, the Spratly Islands are surrounded by rich fishing grounds and gas and oil deposits, whose true extent is unknown and disputed. The People's Republic of China (PRC), the Republic of China on Taiwan, and Vietnam each claim sovereignty over the entire group of islands, while Brunei,Malaysia, and the Philippines each claim various parts. Several of the nations involved have soldiers stationed in the Spratlys and control various installations on different islands and reefs.

The administration of Aquino is now facing a deep stress over the government of China relevant to the issue. On the other hand it is just a few days were three Filipinos was executed in this country.

Smartcards for Public Transport on May

    Several SmartCardsImage via Wikipedia
Presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda made the clarification at the press briefing in Malacañang on Monday that the issuance of  "transport Smartcards" would'nt be released this week but on the first week of May.
“The procurement and the bidding out of the cards are being done right now. So by May 1 or 2, lalabas po ang Smartcards, said Lacierda.

A Smart Card looks just like a plastic “credit card” with a computer chip and an antenna coil embedded within the card. This antenna allows it to communicate with an external antenna at the transaction point to transfer information.Such Smart Cards are used when transactions must be processed quickly, as in mass-transit toll collection or wherever the cardholder is in motion at the moment of the transaction. This time, Smartcards will be used for fuel discounts.

Basis to Become a Product Endorser

Beauty ProductsImage by OrangeCounty_Girl via FlickrAdvertisement is a form of endorsing a product, therefore they had to find a perfect product  endorser for it . But is there any guidelines in selecting a product endorsers?

In the Philippines, advertisers is choosing for a popular celebrity and personality to endorse their product. To name a few, we have Sharon Cuneta, Kris Aquino, Willie Revillame, Carmina Villaroel, Kim Chui, Piolo Pascual, Tintin Bersola, Vicky Morales, Manny Pacquiao etc.

In the case of pulling out for all the advertisers of 'Willing Wlillie'  show hosted by Wiliie Revillame, what is the basis for this? Remember, Kris Aquino who had experienced a big scandal few years ago with Joey Marquez her ex- boyfriend , she admitted to the public that she suffers from a sexually transmitted disease (STD).

Comparing to Revillame, who does not doing something immoral and indecent action which is shameful, how come that Kris despite for all her revelations the endorsement is continually increasing by that time.

    "Hands-off" -Malacanang over Revillame

Wowowee @ Reno, Nevada      Image by ~C4Chaos via FlickrWillie Revillame known to be one of the endoser of Mr. Manny Villar on the last Presidential election does not experiencing "politicking" according to Deputy Presidential Spokeswoman Abigail Valte.

The Malacanang has many things to be done and those government agency that involves in the issue is just merely doing their job in that incident.

The pull-out of ads in the show has nothing to do with the Administration, but it is merely on the decision of advertisers. Pulling out of commercials in a network will result in the fall of earnings of the show as well the network, thus resulting of the stoppage of the show.

MTRCB, DSWD, CHR  and PANA will conduct an individual investigation about the issue, but DSWD will headed on the decision wether that incident has a  "harassment".

Aquino Administration Faces Worst Poverty Rating-SWS

BW_Noynoy3Image by thepocnews via FlickrOn its April 8, 2011 issue, Businesss World published  the result  on the First Quarter Social Weather Survey (SWS) showing the worst poverty rating in the Philippines. The result shows a stunning 51% or an estimated 10.4 million families that consider themselves mahirap or poor. The score is up by two points up from November’s 49%. Also, 40% (8.1 million families), consider themselves food-poor, and again, higher than the 36% notched in the previous survey.

The March 2011 Social Weather Survey was conducted from March 4-7, 2011 using face-to-face interviews of 1,200 adults in Metro Manila, the Balance of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao (sampling error margins of ±3% for national percentages, ±6% for area percentages).

President Aquino express his disbelief in this report because it contradicts the earlier report from the government agency and the business community.

Willie Revillame Lambasts His Critics at the Last Episode of Willing Willie

Wowowee @ Reno, NevadaImage by ~C4Chaos via FlickrControversial TV host Willie Revillame lambasted his critics on his final speech at the last episode of Willing Willie, an evening game show of TV 5 network.

Before the show ended, Revillame stood in front of his audience to defend himself against a handful of critics. He poured out all his sentiments against several personalities and organizations that "crucified" him because of the controversy involving the March 12 episode of the show where a  six-year old boy named Jan-jan performed a seemingly "malicious" dance as his talent.

He also reiterated several big issues he experienced in the past such as the February 4, 2004 Ultra stampede and the late Pres. Cory Aquino burial coverage . He revealed several "inside stories" behind those events and his personal experiences on how he had handled them.

Revillame fearlessly mentioned specific names of persons who he accused of "meddling" in the issue without real involvement. Among them were celebrities like Jim Paredes, Leah Salonga, Aisa Seguerra, Agot Isidro, K Brosas, Tuesday Vargas, Mylene Dizn, Bianca Gonzales and many more. He also lambasted several government agencies and officials for pre-judging him. These agencies and officials include Leah Navarro of MTRCB, DSWD, and CHR.

Revillame also revealed in his speech that the show's sponsors have already pulled out after the heat-up of Jan-jan controversy. The show will temporarily be suspended for two weeks pending the decision whether Revillame will continue to be its host.

Tax Evasion against Rep. Mikey Arroyo and his wife

Arroyo taking her Oath of Office for a full te...                                                            Image via Wikipedia
The Aquino Administration has filed tax evasion against Rep. Mikey Arroyo and his wife Mrs. Angela  for allegedly not paying P74 million taxes for the year 2004 to 2009. Imagining that this is the time were the later administration was his mother ex-President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

This would be a great challenge for the present administration to work hard for this case, because if we can collect all the taxes it would be a great help to decrease the deficit in our budget.

The Bureau of Internal Revenue should be determined to know other tax evaders that contibute to the sufferings of Filipino people."Jail the tax evaders!"
