It was a tremendous morning happened at Maguindanao where the convoy is on the way to file for candidacy  by Esmael Mangudadatu. The 58 people killed included Mangudadatu's wife, his two sisters, journalists, lawyers, aides, and motorists who were witnesses or were mistakenly identified as part of the convoy.

The victims file a sue to Congresswoman Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and seeking for a 15 million damages or one million for every victim of the said massacre.

It is believed that the last administration has a big influence to the Ampatuan family because they funded and armed that influential family in Maguindanao, eventhough she knew that they could gave harm to their residence. They believe that Arroyo could do something to prevent the killings that time.
