Definitely it will not moved on Monday or even on Friday, this mean there will be no long weekend.“According to Proclamation 84, series of 2010, Bonifacio Day will be marked on November 30, on a Wednesday, as the date falls. There will be no moving it to Monday," said Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte .
Bonifacio Day this year marks the 148th birth anniversary of Andres Bonifacio, the supreme leader of the Katipunan movement that sought Philippine independence from Spanish colonial rule.
